Laundry dirty with mouse droppings, numerous spiders and vermin. My complaint was only responded to evasively. My sofa has not been delivered to my new address even after 2 months. Under no circumstances should you be deceived by the initially friendly communication. Often no one could be reached - even if you still had questions the day before the move. Very, very bad - and I know at least one other family who has had the same experiences. When I found out, I had already signed my order and was still in a positive mood because everyone was so friendly. Don't make this mistake! The peak came last weekend: I had my piano tuned after moving; It turned out that a mouse had lived in it during storage and had nibbled on the wooden benches and felt! Please DO NOT book! By the way, that's not an exaggeration, I have the photos to prove it.
